Sonic Drive-in - Kannapolis

That wasn't Sonic; it was a young man with his food truck parked near Sound, right next to the salon. His ice cream and bubble teas were absolutely delicious! He was quick and friendly too. You can find his information in the pictures.

My biggest concern is that they never seem to have enough staff available, and there's no system in place to let customers know about wait times. The drive-thru line often wraps around the parking lot, making it quite slow – likely due to a staffing shortage, which is common these days. I suggest they put up signs for customers to provide clear directions, so people don’t have to park and wait unnecessarily, only to find out they'll be stuck for a long time without being served. I’d give the food a solid 5 stars, but the long wait times and lack of signage bring it down to 3 stars. All things considered, I’ll split the difference and go with a 4-star rating.
