Culver's - Kansas City

I visited this restaurant for dinner and enjoyed a fantastic butter burger. The fish was also excellent. To top it off, I had a concrete strawberry cookie dough custard that was superb. The staff was friendly too, so I will definitely return.

The food, atmosphere and service was all great. Good times with friends for lunch!

Service needed touch-up. New employees is my opinion and my hope.

I made the mistake of going here to grab a quick burger. The line at the drive thru was fairly long, but not unexpected since it was dinner time. Ordered food, paid, and then waited. They put a number on your car and make you drive around the building. No big deal, but I sat there for another 10 minutes. Finally get the food and immediately reach in the bag for a french fry. It's cold. How do you serve cold fries in the middle of a rush after making someone wait 10 minutes. I also quickly realized they didn't give any napkins or ketchup in the bag, and since you've driven around the building to wait then you are nowhere near anybody to ask for some. Seriously, $15 for a burger and fries but you can't spare a napkin or a packet of ketchup? Okay, I really wanted the burger and that was good. So, not all was lost but I could have really used that napkin by the time I finished eating the greasy burger. So, I would give 5 stars for the burger but only 1 star for the fries. Service is only worth 2 stars (at least they gave me the correct food).

The food took quite a while to arrive, and there were seven cars waiting in the parking lot.
