Ihop - Kansas City

I visited the restaurant three days ago and left my pancake in the trunk of my car, where the butter still hasn't melted. However, I want to highlight our server, Lance, who was a really nice young man and provided excellent customer service.

I have no complaints at all. The place was pristine and well-maintained. Our server was spot on.

I have consistently had a terrible experience every time I place an order, whether it's through a call or at the door. They always seem to forget my order. This time, the delivery driver didn't bring the drinks I paid for, and they mixed up one of my meals. Overall, this restaurant is subpar in every aspect. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

8 o'clock on Sunday morning and there was so little personal. a server and a host. they had a table of 10 and a few other tables of two and a family of 5. it took 25 minutes to pick up our order. no water was taken to the table. 25 minutes to eat. When we got the food, it was good. Ask for more coffee, had to ask twice for him because the first man forgot. when we left the time, they finally came in with workers. at least 1 table left after they do not get their food. another had problems with the order. ihop must work better.

The place is freezing because the humidifier is out. Customers were using blankets and had hoods up! A kid puked. We waited 1.5 hours for our food. No refills. Rude staff. They served other tavles that came in 25 mins after us first!
