Kfc - Kansas City

I had a disappointing experience at the KFC. They were completely out of chicken—how does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken? I had to resort to ordering from the Taco Bell menu instead. When I got to the drive-thru window, they couldn't find my order and the employee quoted me the price for someone else's meal. I ended up waiting while they scrambled to put my order together, and then when I received it, my drink was missing. I had to remind the staff about it. This was my second visit to that KFC, and both times, they didn't have the specific type of chicken I wanted. It's no surprise that so many KFC locations around here are closing down.

The customer service has greatly improved, but the drive-thru service is still rather slow.

I ordered the Mac and Chicken bowl meal, and it was pretty greasy, as shown in the photo. The chicken was decent, but overall not that impressive.

No curbside despite being advertised. I ordered ahead online to avoid waiting in the drive through line but was forced to go through the drive through anyway. When I finally got my food it wasn't even fresh anymore because I had to wait. The manager wasuseless and refused to help. Should just shut it down and replace it with a Popeye's.

This Place should be Shut Down, the People who work there are very Disrespectful, no kind of customer skills at all.... Over the years the food has become very nasty, I don't go there no more due to the fact that I don't even trust the workers, they looklike they are very ornery when it comes to them preparing your food... Do not eat There you will be Disappointed
