New Peking - Kansas City

This is some of the best Chinese food in the Midwest. The flavors are spot on, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure that your meal is prepared to perfection. I was concerned that I might lose that personal touch by ordering through Postmates, but I didn't! They actually pay attention to the special requests included in online orders. By the way, there’s nothing wrong with their crab rangoon unless you don’t appreciate great taste!

This was our favorite Chinese restaurant in Kansas City. We loved it so much, that we flew back to KC just to go back there again. We went back for this place and Hereford House. They have amazing shrimp spring rolls! Their egg drop soup has nice yolk taste to it as the hot and sour soup is just that...3 star spicy and sour just a tad. The sweet and sour chicken is great along with the cashew chicken. It’s has dark meat but that’s the only down side to this place. The fried rice is great though! The rest of the menu we don’t know about. But we suspect just as good. They do a lot of take out orders. Check this place out if you want some great Chinese cuisine!!

This restaurant was once my daughter and my go to spot for exceptional Asian cuisine. I hadn't been in approximately 17 months. Upon my recent dine in visit, I realized the food was not as delectable. I had Kung Pao Beef. The beef was extremely mushy and had an off taste. Thevricecwas perfectly cooked. Unfortunately the service was not an good as when I had last visited. The restaurant was basically empty but the server seemed to busy to attend to my needs adequately.

The food was great but I would suggest not to order the crab Rangoon and pay over 8 dollars for them to not even look like the picture. they literally put no cream cheese in it and it was all crust. Some bullshyt especially paying that much money for 6 of them.

The beef noodles and dumplings were definitely my favorites! The dumplings are massive here! Unfortunately, the eggplant and fish hotpot didn't meet my expectations; there were only a few pieces of fish, and the dish was excessively salty for my taste. I probably wouldn't order that dish again, but I will certainly come back to this restaurant!
