Starbucks - Kansas City

This Starbucks location provides stunning views of the Crown Center, making it a lovely spot to savor your coffee.

Today around 2 PM, I stopped by to pick up a Honey Citrus Mint Tea for my family. When I got there, I noticed that the drink didn’t have any peach flavor, no lemonade, and only one tea bag, which meant it was missing a key component. Unfortunately, there was no one at the pickup area to address these issues, and the drink was not left unfinished to indicate that ingredients were missing. I couldn’t halt my family from leaving, so I attempted to call the restaurant, but my call went unanswered all the way home. I used a free beverage reward for this drink, and I am really disappointed.

This Starbucks located in the Crowne Plaza Center is wonderful! The staff is friendly, and there is plenty of seating available.

I highly recommend this restaurant! The evening staff is incredibly friendly. The barista, whom I think is named Christy, made me a delightful chai and graciously removed the cheese from a sausage cheddar biscuit for me.

I haven't had a single bad experience at this place yet. I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts because it's much better than my local Starbucks. The atmosphere is clean, the staff is friendly, and the drinks are delicious and consistently high-quality. I was particularly impressed with my drink, which had more caramel than I've ever found in any Starbucks—I always go for caramel!
