Taco Bell - Kansas City

I was missing items from my order. My food was mistakenly given to someone else, who noticed it wasn't theirs and returned it. When I finally received my meal, the restaurant didn't bother to offer a replacement for the missing items or check to ensure everything was correct. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Great service! Quick, easy, accurate! We were in and out. Only downfall was my son's cinna twists were horrible like inedible and from my experience working fast food it was due to old oil in the fryers. Everything else was on point though!

Rude customer service… I orders four crunch wrap supremes and received two sauce packs… I’m sorry didn’t know a few more mild sauces would put you out of business. I asked for more sauce and they replied they were having a sauce shortage. Schenita was extremely rude and acted like the sauce was coming out of her check. Stay far way from this place.

Location advertised as being open until 3am. However, stated that doordash and Uber eats was the only customer welcome after 2am. False advertising and very irritating. Change your hours if applicable. Waste of time.

I've noticed that seniors often come here because they prefer face-to-face interactions to help them navigate the ordering process. Yet, what should take two minutes with assistance at the counter can easily stretch to 10 or even 15 minutes as they seem confused and look around aimlessly. Moreover, the doors are sometimes accidentally locked during their stated business hours, sometimes even hours before closing during peak meal times. Don't they realize they serve many medical workers nearby? These individuals often rush over during their tight shifts, only to find the doors closed due to the slow service. It's frustrating, and I feel this is a reflection of a business struggling to retain quality staff.
