Dunkin' - Kansas

Efficient and friendly staff, rarely get orders wrong. They recently reduced their hours, presumably due to the current labor shortage, and I hope they change it back soon. They seem to be more professional than most of the ones in Wichita in my experience.

Terrible service, out of lots of menu items, scanner/reader down? Couldn’t add my loyalty or free drink offer, was not even offered a receipt. Should have just went to Starbucks.

Derby Dunkin' is easily the best Dunkin' out there. Orders are always fast to be taken, fast to come out, and of course the orders are always accurate and yummyyyy! Managers Rhianna, Allie, and Tiffany will always take care of any problems you have in a timely fashion. All flavor shots are vegan! And the mocha and peppermint mocha swirls are vegan as well!!! They have SUCH a nice and modern facility, and it is always clean. Go visit them today!

While the donuts are off sufficient quality, the service was ok. Ironically I could NOT find a price for the donuts like single or by the dozen etc. Everything else was clearly marked except donuts which is fairly important.
