Good people, good place, good food. I give only five stars because TripAdvisor doesn't let me to give seven stars .

I knew that I could go from schaffhausen to Neuhausen am rheinfall, I decided to make a trip to the family-run restaurant cm brewhouse, as I have read that they have browned their own beer and that it could be an interesting place to see. I've been kidding. when the walk I had often made was longer than I remembered. so in the did I made it just to a bar for the trip due to this excessive trip. but it was worth it because the bar/restaurant is a shade. in the center of the restaurant are two larger copper boilers, where the house beer and seasonal beer are regularly brewed. the vaulted cellar is where most of the magie happens, directly below the restaurant where all brewed fermented and stored until served cold at the bar. the restaurant cm brewhouse opened its doors in 2016 as a brewhouse restaurant. the interieur has a very modern feeling, but it is also a noved to its vintage location, as there are some artifacts to brewery and local history have been blown around. it is a beautiful place to sit and relax. I wanted to see the copper tanks, but many people sat outside and enjoy their food and beer with the beautiful day that it was. a beautiful atmosphere in the brewhouse, everyone enjoys. a certain tourist type of feeling further, happy to be outside and above. I didn't go for any food that was damn good at what I saw coming out of the kitchen, I should probably have, but decided to have the house beer, that was a pale ale, food enough I guess. service was fast and very friendly, they also have my phone on request that was kind of. the beer was served cold and was fantastic, well worth the long walk. you know that the beer was good when I ordered another one, and my beer broke a pub rule. It likes a lot here, has a very cozy and relaxing feeling for the place, and one where I could have spent happily longer and who had to die. often these places can be very pretentious, but this brewhouse was brilliant, and I hope that I can return in the near future.

We had a really nice visit to the february. eating was great and I definitely loved the smoked whisky beer!

Do not miss this great family restaurant. incredible homemade food great atmosphere friendly staff including all family members good prices. the whole experience was absolutely brilliant
