Excellent oxtail soup. Never dream of having such delicious oxtail soup in Turkey. It tasted just like what I had in Malaysia, even better. We ordered extra meat as it is so tender and delicious with the rice. The yogurt pastry would be better without the syrup, but probably okay for the sweet lovers

If you want to try the best oxtail soup, and extremely tender oxtail kebab you should visit this place. It is a small cozy place, but the experience is worth every penny of it.

I stayed for 1 night in Karaman, especially for good reviews on the Internet. A lot of soup varieties did not stay in my mind, but the mixed soup with a (5-6 types of sakatat or meat, said Ahmet Master’s Pasha Soup. A full flavor explosion.
