Neelkanth Star Dhaba - Karnāl

Good food. Bad waiters are looking for tips. Paranthas are fresh, Good Lassi. Good tea/coffee. If you pay with the card, ask the waiters to add hefty tips.

Neelkanth is 24 hours Food Court with several restaurants. You can eat at Star Dhaba, Sub-Way, Pizza Hut, Barista or Dosa Plaza. There are Frontier Biscuits and Baskin Robins for Ice Creams etc. We stopped at 6:00 while we went to...Delhi of Zirakpur. We had tea and Pakoras in Star Dhaba. As Sunday evening it was very crowded when many people went back to Delhi after their weekend. Good parking and clean toilets were there.

The place is good for food. Good prices are good. The irritating thing is the Tip Asking Staff. Servers specifically ask for tips. Management should shorten this practice

The manager of the restaurant was extremely unhelpful. We ordered a combo of Manchurian and fried rice, but there was less gravy than rice. When we brought this to the manager's attention, he argued and tried to justify it with an illogical explanation. His behavior was very rude and there is definitely room for improvement in their service.

I had tried dosa here which sucked terribly. The sambhar was deplorable and too sweet and dosa was not crisp. Really bad dhaba. Avoid it even if it was the last place, no quality control.
