Pataya Sushi - Katowice

Odwiedziłem Maski po raz pierwszy: pogoda była dobra, ale to nie ma znaczenia. To duży pub, który wyróżnia się różnorodnością cen. Każdy może spróbować sushi, co jest dużym plusem. To typowe dla sushi barów, a nawet mają przystępne tzw. "boxy". Ta opcja może być użyta w bardziej skromny sposób, lub gdy chce się spróbować czegoś nowego. W dwie osoby zamówiliśmy: 2x nigiri z tuńczyka, 4x małe california, coś w tempurze i do tego bonus! 1000 razy lepsze niż krewetki w Cato, awokado z czymś brązowym, nie wiedziałem co to było. Ceny są rozsądne. Tablica oferuje zestaw typowy dla sushi barów oraz inne klasyki, takie jak sałatki. Ta opcja może być wybierana w skromnej formie, lub jeśli chce się spróbować różnych smaków. Zamówiliśmy 50 sztuk: w składzie były 2x nigiri z tuńczyka, 4x małe california, coś w tempurze i to! 1000 razy lepsze niż z sałatki w katedrze, awokado brązowe i żółta pasta, ale to było ekstra! Imbir i wasabi również były świetne, zwłaszcza na początku przygody z tymi smakami.

5* for the food I've eaten there. The interior and dishes are not so charming, it does not look elegant and does not have a wow effect. The reasonable price compensates for the overall feeling.

Really a nice sushi restaurant: unexpected in the small Katowice! Outside looks small, but once inside you will find several rooms, one available also for private function. Very original the boats-kaiten , floating around the kitchen, where the good Broda chef prepars in front of you what you ordered! If you are a sushi addict you can 't miss this place, worth also a trip from other nearby cities!!!

The sushi was absolutely lovely! The cook kindly gave me great recommendations (offer to choose ingredients) and to see him the sushi roles was quite entertainment. The restaurant was modern with good taste, the sushi kitchen in the centre was surrounded by a bar table. This function gives great communication between cook and customer. Anyway, it's coming back. P.S. I have the scaloping roll, salmon star with sweet and spicy sauce and dragon roll with aal.

The coconut soup is spicy and a tad sweet. All sushi were quite extravagant and they were all fresh and high quality tasting. One of the best sushi bars in Katowice.
