Bubble Egg - Katy

Absolutely delicious! I love how light the bubble waffle is- I added strawberry cheesecake ice cream with fresh strawberries on top and condensed milk drizzle. My daughter got the one with fruity pebble ice cream- also amazing. So good! Will for sure be back.

Some are posting negative reviews about service when they’ve made orders that require the use of separate equipment that is reserved for allergy sensitive customers and then being upset that more benign, separate orders are getting pushed out before theirs.This establishment permits nearly limitless substitutions on orders that can drive the staff to be restricted to a set of equipment that only gets used for special orders.I was present for one of these orders recently and can support the staff in their requests that the reviewers leave as their complaints were invalid and infantile.

I visited your location in Katy Asian town tonight and the service was awful. We had 3 orders on the SAME ticket. Two of ours came out very fast then the third one came 30 minutes later. We had to inquire about it twice before they even started working on the order. Once we got it, they left off the panda cookies, so then I had to go back and ask for those also. I tried to speak to the manager on duty before we left and she and the workers were not sorry at all. They lied and told us there was another order before ours that was large. I said but two of ours came out on time and they continued their story. I said what about these women by the door who came after us. I said they got their ice cream before we got our third one. They acted like I was crazy. There was no sincerity or sense of urgency when we inquired about our order. I even tipped 15% BEFORE this , just as good faith. This was an awful experience and I won't be back, especially because of the rudeness of the employees.Stay away.

Just went here and 2 of us got our order quickly (we were all on the same ticket The 3rd order took 30 minutes. And it also was wrong.Good luck getting something here in a timely manner and correct . We asked about the ice cream twice and they had no excuse why the entire store was served before our third person got their order .This place is too expensive for them to not care.Their only concern was closing by 10Awful customer service

Used to be great, but service has gone downhill. In a half empty restaurant, it took 30 minutes to serve a waffle. Please don't come here late
