Cooper's Old Time Pit -b-que - Katy

Order was very strange, eating was terrible, brisket was like rky, kartoffelsalat was terrible, bbq sauce was so watery, it would not stay on dry brisket, paid $51 for 2 people, and all sucked. space was empty.

Stopped to pick up one pound of brisket, to my surprise when I opened the package at home 3/4 of the so called brisket was fat. Needless to say beyond disappointed. The place was not busy and there was three people behind the counter. I will not come back and can't recommend this place.

This is my favorite bbq joint in the Katy area. Have enjoyed the ribs and brisket baked potato there. Their pinto beans are on-point and free!

This is nowhere near as good as the Coopers in Llano. The pork ribs were huge but tough and tasteless. There were very few people there at 1:00 pm. I can see why. I will not be back. This is low end BBQ.

Environment was great, service amazing, even kept me company since I ate alone. Beef rib is unbelievable, you’ll probably only be able to eat one rib. Going back I’d do the Beef rib and turkey! Sides were good as well.
