Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Katy

Ordered Thai Salad and the Caesar Wrap: Lettuce tasted old and not washed, almost like a chemical taste. The chicken is not real, it was almost gelatinous/liquid texture, the overall taste was inedible.

Got there and was told they only have quesadillas and nothing else on the menu, they also served my corn cold worst location ever

Not sure if this company promotes this type of behavior but you guys have a manager there that tried to weaponize 911 against an ex employee! Now, I can see the ex employee being banned for whatever reason but to not inform the employee that they had to vacate premises prior to calling the police is very dangerous and unprofessional in this climate with everything that went on with George Floyd and others senselessly killed by frustrated police.

Great service, clean and welcoming staff!! Smoothie was just how I wanted it! My girlfriend has allergies to certain foods and they helped her pick the best ingredients for her smoothie!

So, I’m a huge fan of tropical smoothie cafe but this particular location is a real hit and miss.Today, the service was subpar and I could hear the employee yelling to the other workers what I tipped him on a $49 order.Then, my strawberry balsamic glaze pita sandwich was dreadful. I’m pretty sure there wasn’t any actual chicken in there and the guacamole tasted like they poured the entire salt container in it. I was really bummed because it’s one of the only “healthy” fast food places and now I can’t see myself going back.I would recommend some additional training in customer service and sand which/wrap making.
