Romas Italian - Kaufman

Fantastic little gem in a shopping center outside of Walmart. Definitely worth a try. The seafood linguine was excellent and the calamari was truly exceptional for a medium-priced restaurant. We will be back!

The calamari was rather bland. The veal floretine was delicious! The tiramisu was frozen and difficult to eat.

Nice place and atmosphere. Request Shulta for waitress, owners mom but doesn't run the place, she will do everything to make sure you are satisfied. Ribeye is great! Upgrade to Veal or salmon for meat. Veal piccata and large pizzas are great. All the Florentino and Alfredo type creamy sauces are fresh. Greek salad is great with Greek dressing, feel free to ask for more dressing. I use that parmesan and peppers on table! no peppers wanted for my wife ever. You can cut the tender Veal with your fork. The something Caprizi is great vegetarian appetizer and the one on bread is good if you like bread. We substitute grilled vegetables for the pasta and get way less carbs.(diabetics). Their sauces taste fresh. House salad is fresh made pizza sauce tomato and herb. Veal picatta is my favorite non cheese non cream, has some tangy capers as it should. They will bring olive oil and vinaigrette bottles to your table. We try not to load up on free bread but it is hard to resist with butter packs like land o lakes on the side. Meatballs are good. These people know how to make good greek/Italian food. Always same Cooks!Calzones are great too! Tea is good, lemon is fresh. Dishes are consistently good. We go here or to Kaufman burger as our go to places in Kaufman.

My experience was great ! Staff was great ! Food was great ! But more importantly the moscato sangria pitcher was tasty and very delicious! 10 out of 10 recommend.
