Bc Pizza - Kawkawlin

This is the best pizza our family has ever tasted! The breadsticks are excellent, the salad is always fresh, and the pizza is served hot with plenty of options.

I recently took my family to this restaurant to celebrate my son's preschool graduation. Unfortunately, my wife found a hair baked into the crust of her pizza. We noticed that there were other families dining around us, so we calmly showed one of the staff members the hair. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she dismissed it, saying it was "so rough." While we were at our table, we overheard her telling her coworkers that it wasn't her hair or any of the other staff's hair. We were extremely disappointed with our experience, and we will never return. This was the worst customer service we have ever encountered!
