Gentleman that took my order decided to mock me after I had started to drive away not realizing the mic was still on. Completely disrespecting me for being indecisive about whether or not I wanted a drink. I am from out of town and don’t come here often, so when I do I get excited to treat myself to these types of places. It’s safe to say I won’t be returning ever again. I have many years experience working in the hospitality industry and if I ever heard one of my employees do that, they would be mocking my words “you’re fired”.

Sandwiches were AWESOME. However, the horrible customer service we received in the drive-thru last night, left a bad taste in our mouths. Very disappointing.

Incredible speed! There were at least 10 cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, and I had my food in hand in under 10 minutes, all prepared perfectly. Plus, the service was extremely friendly!

We arrived at 5 PM and were seated by 5:05, making for a very quick and efficient experience.

Eating was good, but they mean they've been messing up again and again. he asked to do it as it is described on the board and they seemed confused. So he reads the description to them and they still screwed it.
