Chan's Gourmet - Kearny

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but unfortunately, that's the only positive thing I can say about it. The employees are extremely rude and impatient when taking orders. If you choose to have your food delivered, they don't provide any information on how long it will take or how much it will cost. When asked for these details, they give attitude and are unapologetic. Even if you express your discontent, they show no remorse. I would not recommend this place unless you're okay with being disrespected.

This restaurant in Kearny is one of my favorites. The service is quick and the food is deliciously prepared. My go-to dish is the teriyaki chicken. I appreciate the mix of Chinese and Japanese cuisine they offer. I have never had issues with delivery or the quality of the food. They are efficient with taking orders, picking up, and delivering. You can even place an order online without any extra charges, unless you use Grubhub or Boje. The prices are reasonable and the food is tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant was very rude for no reason, and the food was not as good as the service. Overall, it was disappointing.

I have ordered general tso huh, the first time in my life it comes without sauce. it was dry. the egg rolls were raw, even the cabbage was cold inside and the teig was white and uncooked.

I love this place! I eat from here maybe 4- 5 times a month very very fast on delivery. Thanks guys
