The coffee was quite mediocre, and the panini was even worse. For the first time in my life, I found a bone in such a "dish." Even the croissant couldn't save the experience. For the prices they charge, it was just a complete disappointment.

The staff is rude; they don’t even greet customers and use informal language when speaking on the phone. I don’t understand how it’s possible, but the barista manages to make terrible coffee. I mentioned three times that I needed my coffee hotter, but they ignored my requests and just handed me a warm cup. They also don’t pay attention to their baked goods; I often see stale cheesecakes, and I won’t even get started on the ice cream, which has some kind of film on top. I called to order coffee, and after a typical unpleasant conversation with a staff member, I asked to speak to the manager. They told me he wasn't available, but they would pass my number along for him to call me back. Unfortunately, no one ever got back to me. I think I will stop visiting this establishment.

Вкусные напитки, хороший ассортимент вкусняшек, уютное и удобное помещение, удачное местоположение. на этом плюсы закончились. На момент октября 2024 года весь отзыв портит новый персонал! Крайне нерасторопные девочки, внешний вид отвратительный. Считаю крайне недопустимым когда по факту в общепите персонал ходит с длинными, не убранными в тугой хвост волосами, к тому же неухоженными. Отвратительно выглядит, когда персонал ходит в растрепанной одежде и не может даже фартук завязать. Требуем провести работу по воспитанию вновь пришедших сотрудников, раз уж старые все куда то подевались. Испортили любимую кофейню.
