I was truly impressed by the extra effort he put in to make sure customers felt welcome and well taken care of. His positive and friendly demeanor made my experience very enjoyable, and I will definitely be returning because of him.
The service at this restaurant is exceptional, always friendly. The food is consistently served hot, and the slot machines are a must. One standout employee is James Neal, who is always working hard. A major shout-out to him - he's the reason I keep coming back. 10/10!
Cooper's is my favorite deli/lounge to play video poker at, and I just wanted to give their worker, James Neal a shout out rn for being very helpful, kind, and courteous. Very hard worker

I enjoy coming here for the slot machines and the employees are nice. I believe the guys name is James he was super nice when I came the last time.
