Bidra med feedbackWe visited one busy lunchtime. Accessibility was key to making our visit successful. A very helpful member of staff, possibly a manager, advised. The disabled access car park space on the street outside the hotel was closest for our needs. It was still a considerable distance from the front door of the hotel. The member of staff had kindly reserved a table so we were guaranteed a table by the time we got from the car to the café. The café space is shared with the bar. We all had soup which was excellent and came with a generous portion of two crispy bread rolls. Brown bread was also an option.
Had lunch here on the way to Killybegs. Good selection of food and soup was excellent. Sat in Headford Lounge great atmosphere and busy, families, couples and groups. The bar looked very interesting.
We were advised to try the Irish breakfast at this restaurant and we were not disappointed. I opted for the mini breakfast, which was just the right amount for me. The toast was very delicious. Other dishes ordered at the bar were also excellent.
On Easter Sunday, we visited Café Therese as Kells was closed. What a hidden gem! All the ingredients are locally sourced and taste amazing. The black pudding was the best I've had in ages. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
We called in for lunch which was very enjoyable. A good sirloin steak cooked medium rare to order, together with a nice coffee. The server even went to the bar so my wife could have mint tea with real leaves. Good value and nice staff
