Taco Time Nw - Kelso

I called ahead of time because I was traveling an hour and a half home from working a 12 and a half hour shift. I called to confirm what time they closed. There was no reason for me to get off the exit if they were going to be closed. However I made it in time but they decided to ignore me and count down their drawers early. I made it with time to spare and they still closed down early even after I called to confirm. When an establishment closes at a certain time they need to honor that time and not close down early just because the workers want to go home. If the establishment closed down due to weather conditions or broken equipment then that would be 100% understandable. When the head boss is not around they do what they want, they close when they want We all have jobs and we all want to go home. If you guys plan on stopping here there's no need to call to confirm they will shut down whenever they feel like it.

Food was good, but the person making food was unsanitary. she touched her neck and hair area three times with gloves and still handled food.

Nice gluten-free options. The kid at the counter was helpful with that. Apparently, the tips actually go to the staff. I love the tacos and will continue to get them.

I ask for taco and they give the burrito.. i ask I order taco n they said this is the taco lol first time in USA im eating burrito and they are saying this is our taco stupid

Longview location got 5 stars and if i didn't know better I'd think Kelso location was run differently. $15 wasted. Guacamole tasted like it had a bottle of cumin dumped in it. The chicken Caesar soft taco had no Caesar dressing and the chicken was hard as if it had been sitting there all day. It was 5:47 PM when I ordered so food should have been fresh. The hot sauce is different now that it's in a different package too. Mexi fries over cooked, mostly edible but not fantastic. Skip Kelso, go to Longview.
