Bidra med feedbackWe went for the band and enjoyed it. The service was excellent and the food was very good. We went to Jubilee. It was pretty expensive IMO. We share a salad and dessert and everyone ordered a steak that is most expensive on the menu. It wasn't more than other nice restaurants. We usually don't spend so much, but it was a special occasion. It was at $100 plus tip, no alcohol, only water.
Food was excellent and the Old Fashioned was too! I tried three of the small plates. The Honey Lime chicken was grilled well in bite sized morsels with a sauce that left me wanting more. The Steak was skewered and grilled again in morsels. It was accompanied with crispy fried onions and a mustard sauce that was awesome. I also loved the fried asparagus with crab. Being that I was having a splurge day, I enjoyed a Creme Brûlée as well. That was a cool food to try and it tasted really good too! The Old Fashioned was really cool! It was served to give a great accompaniment to the whiskey. But the best part is the single cube (And I do mean cube) of ice stamped with an 'A ' logo. All of this was served by a friendly staff with Destiny behind the bar.
I was recommended to Amadeus, and I love trying off the beaten path places. This was a show stopper. From the attentive staff, to the friendly regulars, the food was well above 5 stars. I wish I could give 10 stars, there's lots going on there and all of it is worth seeing and tasting. I can't wait to try something new. Upscale food in a local favorite. Worth every penny.
Atmosphere is great. Upscale dining but not overly affordable. Casual dress is acceptable but no flip flops. The restaurant has a piano bar and dance floor. Great Italian dishes as well as fresh gulf seafood. The drinks are not watered down and they have an extensive wine list. The Restaurant has been around for many decades and it's easy to see why.
This is a delightful little restaurant. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, being in a tourist area, that's to be expected. The service is exceptional, and the food is truly memorable. I highly recommend the mac and cheese—it's a must-try. The crab cake is also delicious. They offer daily specials and feature live music, making it a wonderful spot for an enjoyable evening out.
