The live music is fantastic, and the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting.

We have always appreciated the service Drew provided at our local Chili's, so when he mentioned he started working part-time at The Monkey Bar, we decided to check it out. We weren't quite sure what to expect from a place called Monkey Bar, but we were eager for a change. Upon entering, we were pleasantly surprised to find a cozy little spot filled with friendly locals who warmly welcomed us. The staff, including the owner, were attentive to everyone's needs. Initially, we were worried about the cigarette smoke, but it didn’t take long for us to notice their excellent ventilation system, which kept the air fresh and clean. We ordered a selection of appetizers, opting for some delicious boudin egg rolls and enjoyed a few cold beers while playing some pool. We had a fantastic first experience and are looking forward to returning very soon to explore more of their lunch and dinner offerings.

This local spot is a fantastic, welcoming hangout with incredible food from Cat Scratch Kitchen. The bartenders are fun and friendly, and drink prices are typical for the area. I love the spacious patio and the live music. Inside, you'll find a pool table, darts, Golden Tee, and other games. It's also kid-friendly during certain hours!

The staff is friendly, and the ambiance is spacious. The food is excellent. However, if you're not a fan of smoking, this may not be the ideal spot for you.

We stopped in here because every other bar we tried was so loud that it was impossible to have a conversation. The Monkey Bar was a much better experience—great service, good food (which was almost excellent), and a comfortable atmosphere where you can actually talk and be heard.
