McDonald's - Kempsey

I'm staying in a motel down the road on a week business trip and after my early morning walk have gone in to get a coffee. Dominic has become so special. He's charming, interested, busy, yet engaged with everyone, and has made excellent coffee. He even remembered I have skim milk!!! I thank him and hope he gets acknowledged somehow.

Called at the South Kempsey McDonalds for their chips with sour cream and chilli. We asked for hot chips but these were brought out from the back somewhere and were disgusting.The Gourmet Burger was also terrible. The lack of care in making it was disgraceful. It was simply thrown together and did not resemble the pictures in the place. Paying $9.00 for a burger you would expect something reasonable. It was the size of a Hungry Jacks Junior Whopper which is under $3.00 and is 4 times nicer.. Never again McDonalds.

Yet again we bought maccas for dinner its taken us fiffteen minutes to get home and we received the wrong order. When we ring up and complain about the wrong order we told to come back and get the our order. Please.... Can you get the orders right.

Ok....so just for the record....we aren't McDonalds fine dining connoisseurs.....just a family of four that visit them occasionally usually whilst travelling.This one in Kempsey was amazing. Clean, modern with the best 4 storey playground the kids have ever seen.Service was prompt and friendly.We called in at 0630 the next morning for coffee and the whole place sparkled. Great job guys

We were not impressed with the coffee and toasties produced at this McDonalds store, we asked for extra coffee and the coffe was lukewarm but the thing that did not impress was the toastie, cheese was not melted and the tomatoe was not cooked in the sandwich, the bread was hard and unedible, through both toasties out.Not Impressed Maccas
