I tried milanos before and after the franchise change. before it was very good. now the new franchisee has dropped the product and I will never eat there again, even if free. the crust was very doughy and undercooked. the topping was...almost not present. I won't say. this place has wasted my time and my money for the last time.

I received a $25 gift certificate for a local animal welfare organization at an auction, with no expiration date. When I tried to redeem it, the owner informed me that they no longer accept these gift certificates and refused to honor it. He suggested that I sue the previous owner. I found this to be extremely rude and unprofessional. As a result, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Go in special Monday-Wednesday $10.88 for a big one topping pizza, there are also swarming pretty good.

I am sometimes apprehensive when I notice a sign that says "Under New Management" outside a beloved restaurant. It can go either way. However, I am pleased to say that the new management is doing a fantastic job retaining the excellent existing staff and bringing in some new faces. The food continues to be plentiful and delicious. I have been enjoying their lunchtime pizza specials, which are unbeatable.
