I received a $25 gift certificate for a local animal welfare organization at an auction, with no expiration date. When I tried to redeem it, the owner informed me that they no longer accept these gift certificates and refused to honor it. He suggested that I sue the previous owner. I found this to be extremely rude and unprofessional. As a result, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I tried milanos before and after the franchise change. before it was very good. now the new franchisee has dropped the product and I will never eat there again, even if free. the crust was very doughy and undercooked. the topping was...almost not present. I won't say. this place has wasted my time and my money for the last time.

Go in special Monday-Wednesday $10.88 for a big one topping pizza, there are also swarming pretty good.

The new management have the place very clean and welcoming. The pizza was excellent, and the price (take advantage of the Manager's Special, available on certain days) was equally good. Very prompt and friendly service, and from the look of it, they have a wide...variety of foods on their menu. A real deal in Kemptville. We will go back again!
