Tim Hortons - Kemptville

Sugar in hot beverages is very inconsistent to the point where i just make my tea at home. Service is friendly from older staff members but the youngers ones always have a clueless miserable look on their face.

I'm not trying to be prejudiced at all and love people of all cultures and backgrounds. But I'm finding that the staff here, specifically the Indian students that have recently begun working here, have been very rude and condescending. I worked in New Delhi for 4 years and have picked up Hindi. So I can definitely tell when they're berating your looks and overall, just saying some vile things at you. The food was average for a Tim's but the service was god awful.

Poor experience overall, slow service, wrong order and confusion to fix.

Give us the wrong coffee then proceed to give me a coffee with NO SUGAR.Order a tripple tripple , give us a double double, point out it's wrong and I get no sugar? Nice my coffee doesn't even taste like coffee or even creamer IT TASTES LIKE WATER!You guys CONSTANTLY get my coffee order wrong and your a coffee place? Y'all need to replace the staff with competent people

I find the breakfast sandwiches taste manufactured, not fresh. The coffee was not fresh and I needed to have it replaced. Place looks a bit dated but staff were friendly.
