Kroger Bakery - Kendallville

Nice crockery! Everything is fully in stock, very clean and organized! I have no complaints from this business and I recommend it to everyone!

The restaurant is well-organized and has a pleasant atmosphere. I purchased a birthday cake for my sister, and it turned out to be delicious.

I don't know what's going on with your pharmacy lately, but it definitely needs some changes. Your overwhelmed employees seem to be overworked and struggling to help customers. I was told five different times about a prescription that was marked as urgent, only to be told I could come back tomorrow to pick it up. I've decided to take my business elsewhere, especially since Walgreens managed to fill my order in just 20 minutes. I've had multiple prescriptions at your location in Kendallville, and it's been a frustrating experience every time. It might be worth it for someone to reach out to other Kroger pharmacies to see how they manage to process prescriptions in a timely manner.

This Kroger is fantastic! The sushi is available from 7:30, and it’s that good!

Just did the pick up at kendallville kroger! Good experience but out of the 3 pick up spots, 2 were taken up by regular shoppers despite the signs denoting that it was a pick up spot. Not sure how to crack down on that but looks like it will need done unfortunately. Maybe the signs need to say ‘online pick up only’ to be clearer? Or perhaps move the pick up spot towards to side/back of the building by the pharmacy?
