Bidra med feedbackI am giving one star to the owner of this franchise. You should feel ashamed of yourself. I order from this location for lunch almost every week. Today, there was only one girl working and she was clearly overwhelmed. Customers were being patient, but the poor girl was beyond stressed. She was multitasking by making lunch for customers while trying to answer phone calls. The owner should get out from behind their desk or put down their golf clubs and help the hardworking employees who help them make thousands of dollars. Without her, they would have no business.
The restaurant had only one employee who was doing an outstanding job. We ordered 5 sandwiches online and they were ready at 1:40. We arrived at 1:45 and left at 2:20. It seemed like there was no owner or manager present. We were impressed with the employee's hard work and dedication. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were not made to order and they were running out of ingredients. When we left, there were only 5 loaves of bread left and they were out of bacon and roast beef. I wish I had gotten her name. The reference number for our order is MN22DFNX9C6TD272.
My sister went to pick up two salads and requested that the dressing be on the side, with extra dressing. However, the salads were remade with barely any lettuce and very little dressing. As a manager at a Subway in Massachusetts, I was shocked at the poor quality and lack of adherence to our usual standards.
Wasn’t busy, I was minding my own business in no rush just waiting for my mobile order. Could barely hear the woman behind the counter. She gave me a bunch of attitude for no reason. Super rude for absolutely no reason.
Typical Subway. Better staffed than most and they operate like a well oiled machine. Very efficient. Happy to see them care about sanitation by separating making subs and handling cash.
