On August 12, 2022, I ordered chicken minis but discovered once I reached my seat that I had received a chicken biscuit instead. I went back to have my order fixed, but the staff member rolled her eyes, remained silent, and simply brought me my chicken minis. Both the girl who took my order and the woman who corrected it exhibited terrible customer service, which was surprising given Chick-fil-A's usual standards. Additionally, they wouldn't allow me to use my app or redeem my points.
They got my name and order wrong, and they don’t serve eggs. The only options available are plain chicken, bacon, or sausage biscuits. On the plus side, their prices aren’t marked up like you’d expect at an airport, so it is affordable for an airport. But that’s the only positive aspect.
Horrible food quality at breakfast: the chick fillet biscuit was so dry, the biscuit literally crumbled in my hand, the coffee tasted pretty old even though I ordered it at 6 in the morning when you expect a fresh brew. Total waste of $7.
No CFA sauce? No eggs? No CHEESE? No thanks. Food was so bad. I have never had rubber chicken and hard biscuits from CFA before. That was a first.
