The Munch Factory - Kenner

The workers were so friendly and personable. I ordered the crawfish fries and OMG they were DELICIOUS! Warm and fresh.

I really enjoyed this place. The cashier, Nicole, was super sweet and was a hard worker. She let everyone know about how long their food would take, which I really appreciated! After a long week in New Orleans, I was craving a good burger. This hit the spot. The fries were seasoned really well and they were actually crispy! If you?re alright with waiting a little bit for your food (because everything is actually cooked on a grill, in the fryer, ect) try this place out!

Food was trash! It was cold and took forever to place order and forever to make. I wanted the burger but unfortunately they only had 3 things available on the limited menu to order. We literally waited about 15-20 mins for our order. No sense of urgency and very unprofessional staff especially the register girl with the glasses. She was very unpleasant and had the nastiest attitude. I recommend not getting food from this place go else where in the airport. I definitely won?t be ordering from them again.

Anyone complaining about the service.... It's an airport. All services will be sub par. They have a very small service staff and looks like a small kitchen staff, too. The food takes awhile, because it is done well and actually made to order. I ONLY recommend it if you have a lengthy layover or are super early for your flight (like I was) and can take your time for a nice lunch. The gumbo was very good for this out of towner, full of shrimp crab and sausage, and so well seasoned I drank the bowl dry ???? It also came with hot sauce and crackers which was nice to have. If you are in a rush, there is literally a Chilis take out counter right behind this place, where I'm sure they'll be happy to microwave you something real quick with fake smiles on their faces. #getoffyourhighhorse

We arrived more than 30min before closing and the sold us two items that after 15min waiting were not even available. They offered some other food in the menu but only salads which were not fresh. Also, service was awful in so many ways. Avoid this place, particularly close in the evening hours. (Based on the receipt, Takeisha is the name of our cashier)
