Waffle House - Kenner

Light service I am here and my child, they only have the cook and 1 training server, they was completely rude with a terrible attitude. Chef asked me to be patient after waiting for 15 minutes, I asked why she is not yet able to get my order when I asked the boss that I should be patient so that she does not come behind the schedule... Was just a customer in business!

Slow service. Server had no idea what happened. I tried to load $24.50 for $14 food. I had to use my own calculator to supplement my food and show her. A coffee cup. When I got a new coffee cup, it was half full and had no refill in sight. Oh, good. At least the food was good and hot, and he gave me a free waffle.

We don’t have a Waffle House in San Antonio, so we make it a point to visit one whenever we can. The food was enjoyable, and the waffle was fantastic. The service was decent, but it could use a bit more enthusiasm. One of my pet peeves is having to ask for the basics like cream, sweeteners, and butter—these are things that every server should automatically offer.

I've never been to a waffle house before. I was very happy with the whole experience. Everything from the kindness of the staff to the service speed and the quality of the food. It was all very good! I now know why people love this place. The next time, I get a chance to eat for a bite because the food was great. The waffle was on the spot! The sausages and eggs were delicious and the bacon cooked for perfection! Besides, the coffee was hot and fresh! If you see a Waffle House, stop and take a bite.

I had the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Waffle House. I found myself having to ask for everything! The food was mediocre, and I even had to remind my waitress to bring my waffle while she was busy playing on her phone. There was no jelly available, and I had to wait for utensils after my food was served. To top it off, the restaurant was mostly empty, with just me and one other customer present at the time. I definitely won’t be returning to this location! I frequent Waffle House, and this was absolutely not the usual experience I expect.
