Burger 21 Kennesaw Marketplace

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible. When I requested an extra sauce, the manager—who I assume was the bald, middle-aged white guy on duty—looked at me, shook his head, and walked away with an annoyed expression. With five of us dining, one sauce just wasn't enough. I've never been treated so poorly at a restaurant before. Additionally, the kids' grilled cheese was simply a cold slice of cheese on a hamburger bun. I've eaten here several times without any issues until today. I understand that they may be understaffed, but there's no excuse for rude service, especially at an overpriced burger joint.

I wish the fries came with the burger as part of a combo deal. I ordered the buffalo chicken burger, which cost $8.79. Personally, I think it’s more worth around $6.00, but that's just my opinion. It was tasty, though, and I would definitely recommend it.

Food was great. Wife especially enjoys it due to gluten free buns that tastes like a regular bun. Update 2/19 Burger with sweet potato fries is one with gluten free bun.

The service here is excellent, the location is fantastic, and their black bean and Impossible burgers are incredibly delicious! Their cookies and cream milkshake is also the best I've ever had. While the prices are a bit steep, the quality of the food and the exceptional customer service make it worth every penny. You won't be disappointed!

I'm so excited that my friend and I are visiting! I absolutely love the Super Burger Bowl Salad, especially with the fat-free balsamic dressing. It's truly one of the best salads I've ever had! My friend usually orders the Speck Cheeseburger along with sweet potato fries. We also enjoy the Coca Cola Freestyle machine, and I like to grab an AHA! The other day, my friend tried the cookie and cream milkshake and thought it was fantastic! The only issue we've had was when they forgot to add cheese and bacon to my friend's burger, and unfortunately, they didn't fix it for us. We always request our burgers to be well done, but there was one occasion when my friend's burger was too pink for them to finish.
