Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - Kennesaw

My husband I are from out of town and stopped here for lunch while driving through and oh my GOSH will we be back! Our sandwiches were so delicious (10/10 recommend the vegetarian turkey my vegetarian pals my husband loved the Bobbie). The staff was also super friendly and helpful. We'll be sure to stop back by whenever we're back in the area!

My neighbor recommended this spot for a great cheesesteak. Horrible experience. Arrived yesterday to be told that they were only accepting online orders.. (unsure if their system was having issues or why that was the case . I downloaded the app and placed an order for a medium cheesesteak sub (almost $14.00 by the way for a medium! my sub takes forever to come out. My girlfriend was almost completely finished with her Italian sandwich when I finally got mine. The steak was burnt to a crisp. See photos. Took one bite and had to throw it away. I didn?t want to cause a scene as I was pretty upset in the moment, so I just left. Not one to really ever complain, but this was just an awful experience. I?m sure the food could be good if cooked right.

Good service. Legit subs. I got a classic cheese steak. Good flavor and portion. Ill go back and try others.

I was ecstatic to visit this location!! The workers were very nice and personable and ready to serve! I expressed my joy about Capriotti's being in the area. My only gripe would be the deli meat. It was sliced to thick for me and the peppered ham had too much cartilage and I had a tough time chewing; but that is not the fault of the workers.

I'm from jersey and always looking for a good sandwich shop especially one that sales good pastrami, but reading the reviews I think I'm gonna pass. It's sad that the places with the best food always has lousy service. I know how I am and that's a headache that I don't need.
