Grand Slam Pizza - Kennesaw

Edit: I change my review. After he came into contact with the owner, he went out of the way to get in touch with me and make things right. Courtney offered to make my pizza new. I picked up my pizza today, and as you can see on the photos, the pizzas look like they should look. Apparently, he had a heart with his employees. I really appreciate Courtney doing everything right. Grand Slam is one of my favorite places to get pizza, and as long as they continue to make high quality pizzas and do from their customers, they deserve the success and good reviews they get. This is what you should do when you see a satisfying customer. I'm glad Courtney attacked me.

My family loves the pizza but the shop needs to be cleaned. Spotted lots of dead bugs while waiting for my pizza today.

Lowering my 5 star rating, and Updating my review. They officially never answer the phone anymore. The last 10x we ordered from them they never answer and we had to go in to order. We have stopped going there and went back to our old pizza place. Who feels like driving 20 minutes to a pizza place just to order and wait 20 minutes for it to be cooked. Then drive another 20 minutes home? Pass on this place they don't care about your business

They used to be the best 5$ pizza in town, now they aren’t even 5$ unless u come during a certain time of day. At that point you might as well get Little Caesars.
