Jersey Mike's Subs - Kennesaw

We love Jersey Mike's. Nothing like it. We are from New Jersey so this is extra special because we miss the food from up north. Staff is awesome and subs are the best anywhere.

The worker who made my sandwich was very polite and attentive! He had great customer service and answered all my questions. Made a very delicious sub! His name was Deandre, will be coming back soon. Hopefully he is a shift leader then!

The three women who were working did an amazing job keeping their cool. Honestly with a store full of people and more mobile/online orders than I could count, I would’ve cried. Instead they stayed organized, were kind to customers who weren’t so kind to them, and got my order correct.10/10

This place needs to close their doors the owner should be ashamed. The customer service was the worst ever. If they get your order correct it will take 45 min to get it. They spend more time walking around and talking to each other. I’ll never go back and I’ll be sure to spread the word to every person I see.

I just came in there and took out my really bad day on everyone that worked there and they were nothing but professional!I always get great food and service there
