Johnny's Pizza - Kennesaw

I really enjoyed our meal during our trip from St. Louis to Daytona. We made a quick stop just north of the busy Atlanta area. The lasagna and spaghetti were both very good. The dinner salad was simple, but it did include mushrooms, onions, and cucumbers. The food arrived quickly and was served hot. I would definitely stop by again on my next drive through this area. – Jeff

We have been ordering pizza from this place for over 20 years and have always found it to be excellent—until this week. We ordered our usual pizza, but it wasn’t prepared the same way; there was noticeably less sauce and cheese. When we called to speak with the manager about our concerns, we were told that no one was available, and that the manager would return our call. Unfortunately, I never received a response. I would like to hear back from them to find out if this was just an oversight or if this is how the new owners choose to make their pizzas. If this is their new approach, they have unfortunately lost a loyal customer.

So I wanted to try this place again and low and behold the chef picks up a wet rag, wipes off the counter and then proceeds to grab bread for someone's sandwich!!?? In the Covid era this cannot be and I can never return to this place! You cannot make my food with your bare hands sorry!

Overall, the food was generally good. The order arrived on time, and I understand that with an ASAP order, things can sometimes go awry. However, a few pieces of the pizza were so burnt that they were inedible. Additionally, the wings could have benefited from more sauce. I believe there should be better quality control in place to ensure that customers receive a product that meets their expectations. While I appreciate the quick service, I hope quality won't be compromised in the future.

I pickEd up a large cheese pizza last night and it was the worst pizza I've ever had. I feel like they gave me an old pizza that was sitting around too long. I ordered it online at 5:30pm it said it would be ready at 6:05pm. I arrived early at 5:40pm and sat in the car for 20 minutes because I ordered it well done, I thought it would take a few extra minutes. When I went to pick it up, it was the bottom box on the stack of pies on top of the oven. When I got home and opened the box it was ice cold and the cheese was congealed, even reheating it did not make it better. That is the last pizza I will get from Johnny's pizza. Very disappointed.
