Mcalister's Deli - Kennesaw

Very beautiful place inside and outside. Food is great and delicious, so I recommend it. I had the Cuban and it was very good. The main complaint I would have is that this place on your order takes at least 10 minutes, so it is wise to order before time. Along with what I went there both times, the staff was not the kindness, and they did not seem to work together anymore, so only to do their own things. This caused several times when I saw my food sitting there and the cash registers just did nothing and I had to wait more time than I was in a hurry.

I'm very disappointed in how dirty this location has gotten. Not only was the restaurant floor and counters dirty but the outside of our to go boxes were covered in the food that was all over the counter (and I have a food allergy). Lastly, there was a long hair in my daughter's food. I would have given them a pass if it was busy but there were only 3 customers in the building. Would have loved to talk to a manager or sent a private message as to not ruin their reputation but couldn't find a way.

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! Order to go for pick up , showed up the and place was a mess. Hardly any customers inside wasn?t like they were busy. Then our Togo order was not only sloppy arrangement but the boxes were dirty filthy with food droppings and stains. Upon getting home to eat we found about a 10? long piece of hair glued to our food from melted cheese! Icing on the cake no one answers the phone to even complain. Horrible service. Normally love McAllister?s too

Incredibly slow every single time. Be prepared to give them extra time (15 minutes at times) when you place your order for pickup or delivery through different apps. As for the food, I feel like it's average and overpriced!

Store was clean and the food was tasty. The person at the counter was considerate and helpful.
