This was our second experience at Pita Pit, we have been impressed both times. The staff is friendly and goes over and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. They make it feel warm and welcoming. They are so generous with portion, which is a big deal for my husband who is a bottomless pit. He actually feels full. I can only eat half it's so generous. We will continue to keep going since it's been an amazing experience both times. And.... It's D E L I C I O U S!!!!

The customer experience was completely horrible. The girl at the counter seemed like she had no clue of what she was doing when I told her my order she had to go back and fix it. When they were making my food the girl was very rude the whole time. She threw my food in the bag and made a complete mess on the bag and didn?t even apologize and just gave me a dirty bag. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received today.

I have passed this eatery several times and decided I would try it tonight. I asked about menu items and specifically the gyro since it was what brought me through the doors. I also explained that it was my first time eating here and asked about some items on menu. The staff made no attempts to help with choices. That was fine because I have done customer service for 20 years and don?t really like the indecisive customer. I will say that I felt rushed and I eventually realized why. My order was fixed in 3 minutes and was tasteless and cold. The two gentlemen that order before me were still waiting for their orders to be prepared as I was handed a bag. The cashier was wearing the same gloves that she rang up their order, my order, ran both credit cards, grilled and wrapped my gyro, placed it in bag and handed to me. Ughhhhh. I immediately went next store to order a slice of pizza and as I was heading back to my car, I realized why I was served so fast. The two employees were out front listening to music with the two gentlemen that got the carefully prepared orders. I have never written a review about service before but as I told my adult children about the experience, they said don?t tell us tell them. Just know that I live 5 minutes away but will probably never come back again?.

I placed and an online order for pickup. Easy process. Plenty healthy options to choose from! My order was ready quickly. Food was warm and tasty! I had the falafel/quinoa/brown rice bowl and it was very good!! Nice to have healthy options to choose from.
