Starbucks Coffee - Kennesaw

On March 18, 2022, at 2:10 PM, I received food that was expired on the same day I purchased it. They should have checked with me before handing it over. I should have the option to choose whether or not to buy and consume something that is already expired. The carrots were shriveled, and the peas were starting to rot. This is unacceptable!

This is my favorite Starbucks that I have ever visited. The staff here is absolutely outstanding!

I stop by for coffee several times a week, and I've never had any problems with my orders or the service. That’s quite impressive, considering many drive-thru places often mess up even the simplest orders. The staff here is very friendly and attentive, and the morning manager truly deserves recognition. One morning, I spilled my coffee just as I was getting on my bike, and before I could even toss my cup in the trash, the staff had already begun making me a new one.

It?s usually our stop in our way back home from Creekside Medicals whenever we go there for our checks ups ?..to get some coffee and sometimes a croissant! Like the smiling service !

Staff is friendly and location is clean. Only real way to judge a Starbucks since all the coffee is the same at every location.
