Wing Street - Kennesaw

Terrible service. night staff are rude. wrong order and they would not fix it and redeliver! they would not refund my money either. I will call my bank and stop payment. I have been customer since Kennesaw store opened The owners have no respect for Americans!

Bad customer service. Came in here for the first time and I was mislead when ordering my kids meal. No juice box, carrots nor celery when asked I got a face and we don't carry it.

This restaurant should just close. I ordered delivery last night and they should be completely ashamed of the food they sent me. They boneless wings were so burnt and black. They were completely inedible. I tried to call and complain 8 times they would just pick up the phone and hang it up. Finally, on the 9th call- an Indian lady answered. I explained my disappointment and she said they were closing early tonight as her excuse for sending out that poor of quality boneless wings and get this. SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I will never order anything from here, ever again.

Ordered through door dash. Voodoo fries were okay. Some were cut to thick. Chicken tenders were not tossed in the sauce that was ordered with them. So you have to do that yourself. Chicken has a slimy taste/texture and was no appetizing. Don't feel great after eating one. Won't order from here again.

Worst place to eat at! No customer service and I felt disrespected as a customer. Food is okay, but your attitude and customer service and how customers see their bosses treat their own employees goes a long way.
