Bidra med feedbackI was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food was served cold, and I found a moldy cup. The customer service was lacking as well. I attempted to place my order using their app, but the instructions were confusing. When I called for clarification, the staff were short with me and a bit rude, which didn't help at all. I felt like I was making an effort to resolve the issue, but it wasn't acknowledged. Overall, I was completely let down.
I previously had issues with incorrect orders at this restaurant, so this time I decided to place my order online at 5:30 for a scheduled pickup at 6:00. However, by 6:10, my ticket hadn’t even been started yet! It seems there’s a lack of proper management here, as it feels like a group of kids are just hanging out rather than running a restaurant. The attention to detail appears to be missing. Let’s hope they manage to get my order right this time!
Food is always fresh here. Staff is always nice. Great place!
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited 20 minutes for my food, only to receive it burned, incorrect, and cold. When I tried to get a refund, they refused. To make matters worse, one of the takeout boxes had just two pennies inside. It went from being a place I visited often to one I'll never return to again.
I have the voice sandwich meal. The chicken was very dry. Bread was old and the sandwich sat for a while. I know it's fast food, but I expected them better.
