Carl's Jr. - Kennewick

Everything was served hot, fresh, and prepared exactly as we requested. The Charbroiled Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich remains one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever tasted.

I've ordered from this Carl's Jr. three times, and unfortunately, two out of those three times, they forgot parts of my order, forcing me to get a refund for the missing items. The buns were soggy, there was a chemical taste to most of the vegetables in my burgers, and the sides were often cold. The Carl's Jr. in my hometown, which I used to visit frequently, was fantastic and rarely made mistakes with orders. This location, however, gets it wrong 66% of the time.

We expected the burgers to be better prepared, but they were quite messy and lacked pickles and onions. My fries were also served cold, which was disappointing. Given the amount I paid, I expected my food to be warm or hot!

The chicken tenders, cowboy burger waffle fries were hot fresh. Very tasty.
