Dugout Grill - Kennewick

The service was terrible. We waited at our table for 45 minutes and had to ask twice for someone to take our order. It seemed like the waitress had a short-term memory issue. Our friend asked for another glass for our pitcher of beer, but it never came. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

I have been to all the dug outs and they are all great. This one was 2nd on my list. I do recommend.

Met a client here because it was close to one our projects, and it seems to be a popular local attraction, so we figured the food and beer were good. We were impressed that the service was fast, the food arrived hot, and was pretty good. We got the check quickly, which was a bonus to my long work week.I will be back with my wife because the bartender was also well mannered, and looks you in the eye when speaking, which is hard to find these days.

The food was amazing and drinks were top notch. Such fast service and the staff is friendly and smiles at customers! So refreshing! This place is also the cleanest bar I've ever seen!

It was not a good experience at all. The sever barely came to our table to check and see if we needed anything or refills or to even take our order. There were six of us and the food came out all at different times. I had to remind them I was still waiting for my food after the rest of my party had already gotten theirs 10min before. Our appetizer came out last towards the end of the meal. I wish I could say it was a busy Saturday night, but we were one of 5 parties there and there was plenty of staff from what I could see.
