Hops N Drops - Kennewick

Hops and Drops is my go to. The hamburger is great. The clam chowder is best ever. Thick and creamy. You can also try the chicken strips. So fresh. French fries and tater tots are jummy. See why they are my go to. You wont be disappointed

Ciabatta was cold and dry. Very disappointing. Tatie tots were still hit a very good at least. Sandwich was barely edible the ciabatta was sooooo dry and hard to chew. You should consider buttering and toasting or at the very least toast it. Its a BLT.

Great service! The manager and the employees went beyond and beyond to get our large company lunch order ready. Eating was punctual, friendly staff, courtesy welcome, names are written on individual orders, performing service to car is helpful for our large order and delivered the correct amount of napkins and sauce. And the food is delicious!

First of all, the food was excellent. Wife and I both had salads, which at most restaurants are rather pedestrian, but these were amazing. Probably more importantly, however, was our server Cecelia (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) She was always available, but never intrusive. Very efficient. In an atmosphere where everyone was scurrying around (they were exceedingly busy) she was calm, cool and collected. As a restaurant manager myself, I could tell she was an excellent multi tasker. She was amazing.

I had been waiting for an hour for a dasher on a snowy evening. I called to ask if I needed to pick up my food. They transferred me to the manager and he check on the status. Right at that moment I received an alert that I finally got a dasher it was a busy night I'm sure and said he would have the cooks remake the food. I highly appreciate that he did that. Hops and drops has great food my favorite are the hamburgers. I highly recommend they always have the best service even when I go in to the establishment. Thanks again to the manager.
