Jimmy John's - Kennewick

I visited the drive-thru last Saturday, and although Jimmy John's wasn't scheduled to open for another 10 minutes, Ginger greeted me at the speaker. She informed me that they were not open yet but kindly offered to take my order anyway. When I arrived at the window, I was met with her cheerful smile. I believe Ginger deserves recognition for her exceptional attitude! Thank you, Ginger, for providing such fantastic customer service. It is truly appreciated during these chaotic times. – Tamara M.

The service here is always quick and friendly. You can really tell that the staff is engaged and not just going through the motions; they laugh and joke with each other, creating a positive atmosphere that many fast food restaurants lack. Great job!

I only order the J.J.'s Gargantuan sandwich at Jimmy John’s. This sandwich is packed with a variety of meats! It's definitely worth the price! For an indulgent and delicious lunch, be sure to add extra mayo.
