Sonic Drive-in - Kennewick

I would not recommend this restaurant. I waited 30 minutes to place my order at the drive-thru, despite only having two cars ahead of me. After ordering, I noticed five more cars in line. After 48 minutes, only three of those cars had received their food. I ended up driving away hungry and without any food.

I love the milkshake here! They offer three sizes: small, medium, and large, and it tastes amazing. On a hot day, it's the perfect way to cool down and refresh yourself.

I wanted to order a churro shake for my partner, but sadly they were out of the ingredients. Instead, we tried the cheesecake shake and the butterfly shake, and I was not disappointed! I opted for the large size, and they came in 32oz cups. They were definitely worth it!

The experience wasn't great. I understand they were short-staffed, but the tater tots and popcorn chicken were stale and lacked freshness. My basic Sonic hamburger didn’t taste very good and was just mediocre. In contrast, the Ice Berg Drive Inn in Walla Walla serves burgers that are delicious and made to order. Their sweet relish really elevates the flavor.

The location seems to be very understaffed. We ordered and waited quite some time before checking back in and hearing our order wasn't going to be there. Employee was very courteous, but we decided we were going to get food elsewhere since they were quite busy by that time.
