Food and service were fabulous! Some might not love the dated but in my opinion, comfortable! decor...But,hey...I 'll go back as often as possible! EVERY staff member treated me genuinely.old school in a VERY good way!

I ordered the ribs, and they were fantastic. My girlfriend had the shrimp De Jonghe and absolutely loved it. Our son had the fried shrimp and regretted not ordering the ribs too. Pam, our waitress, is amazing – we love her! The service lady assisting her with water and other tasks is also very hardworking. This place has a charming old-school vibe and delicious food; you definitely need to check it out!

I visited this restaurant based on strong recommendations from a longtime customer, but I was left feeling quite disappointed. We began with grilled mushrooms that were tasteless and seemed sautéed rather than grilled. The soup was similarly bland and served too hot. I ordered my prime rib medium, but it came out overcooked and dry, leaning more towards well done, although I do have to say it tasted alright. Our server had a very motherly demeanor, but she was also quite bossy, insisting that we finish everything in a serious tone rather than a lighthearted one. Overall, I definitely won't be returning to spend over $120 on disappointing food and service!

Is it good, bad, or excellent? I've been visiting this restaurant for years. If you enjoy delicious steaks cooked on a grill and fresh seafood—especially those cooked over charcoal—you're in for a treat. It reminds me of an old-school supper club with its seven-course meals and classic sides like kidney beans, cottage cheese, and cheese crackers served before dinner. This place offers fantastic food that surpasses any chain restaurant. I highly recommend trying it out; if you appreciate high-quality dining, you're sure to love it. It's great for dates and birthdays, so you can't go wrong here!

I absolutely love this restaurant! It has a charming old-school ambiance that makes you feel right at home. The owner, Bartley, is present and adds a friendly touch from behind the bar. The waitstaff is impressively efficient, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. We enjoyed classic condiments on the table before our main dishes arrived, and my brandy old fashioned was simply perfect. The warm dinner rolls reminded me of my grandmother's baking, and the reasonable prices made our experience even more enjoyable. Our group of four ordered a variety of seafood and steak, including filet mignon, sirloin, and tilapia. It’s not anything overly fancy, but the food was delicious and cooked exactly as we requested. I will definitely make sure to visit this place again on my next trip to Kenosha!
