Bidra med feedbackWe tried to stray from the typical chain restaurant experience, but our visit to Bigfoot didn't go as planned. The first issue we encountered was their payment policy, as they only accept chip cards or cash. While the drinks were decent this time, the staff managed to get our order wrong not once, but twice. The barista seemed overwhelmed, so we didn’t want to press the matter further. I truly hope Bigfoot values its team and provides them with adequate training.
Take your time! There's a fantastic variety of options, including plenty of sugar-free choices. The staff is dedicated to making sure you’re happy with your meal and will gladly make adjustments if needed. Just be patient!
Previously, this place served great mochas, but now they either have too much syrup or taste like a watery version of Yoo-hoo that I end up pouring down the sink.

I just want to reach out to the owner of the facility to let you guys know I usually don?t write reviews but this morning as I pulled up to the window usually to get my coffee, the woman with blonde hair around 5:08am that helped me was terrible. She claims she was the manager on duty. Had a black sweater hair down. I greeted her smiled and everything went well, as soon as it came to paying for my food I had asked her politely to punch in my number for my rewards. The day before a different barista was able to pull my account information and paid my food using my gift card balance on file. The woman this morning confirmed my account information and even acknowledged that I had enough to cover for my food she rung me up for. My issue is that she states she couldn?t use my credit balance on file to pay for my purchase that I would need the actual physical card because she states anyone can pretend to use another customers number to pay for their food. Just a heads up, I never had any issue from any big foot Java facility that denied me from paying with my own credit balance on my account until this morning. So I pulled out my phone and showed her in the iPhone settings where you can find your own telephone number I showed her proof it was me and still she told me she couldn?t use it even after I?ve verified my telephone number, the name on the account and showed her my actual phone. She claims she?s the manager on duty and she is, I hope the owner follows up with this. If you can?t honor using customers own credit balance on file then what?s the use for opening up an account and putting money into it? I gave my name and telephone number and also showed her my iphone. Tbh, I felt she did not want to help me as soon as I pulled up. She was rude and not approachable. As soon as I showed proof of my mobile number she didn?t have anything to say so she gave me my food and slammed the window. Is this acceptable? I?ve never run into a situation from a coffee shop that I love until now. Pls follow up!
